Latest Processing and Delivery Updates:
Orders with Pre-Order items will not begin to ship until all Pre-Order items are available. Order processing delays are currently minimal, though you may experience delays of between 2 - 5days on top of the speeds noted below. We want to get your order to you ASAP, and assure you we are doing all that we can to make this happen! As normal you will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. We can not guarantee delivery by a certain date. We apologize in advance for any delays you may experience, and appreciate your patience.
Change an Order
We are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return (See help section Returns & Refunds).

Order Processing
We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Our standard processing time is 2 - 5 business days. Orders āawaiting fulfillmentā are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Orders placed after 12pm PST will start to be processed the next business day. Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order.We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
